Given my fetish for color, collectibles and all things ‘not so conventional’, I love having a whole lot of knick-knacks and souvenirs around the house. I am partial to anything with a hint of vintage and reminiscent of the days gone by.
I pick many of them during my travels so they bring back fond memories and related stories each time I look at them.
Greatly inspired after my visit to the Museum of Brands, Packaging, Advertising, I put together the frame below. The museum is a must-visit and boasts of an absolutely brilliant and mind boggling collection. I’d love to go there again and again…so no surprise that this picture occupies a very special place in my kitchen and heart!
